1. Artwork & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any artwork or designs you provide.
By submitting artwork, you grant Branded by Martina permission to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce any submitted designs.
We are not responsible for verifying trademarks, copyrights, or licensing permissions.
Portfolio Use:
We may display completed work (including your logo or designs) in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
2. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal or creative data.
We may share information with trusted third parties only when necessary to:
Process payments (e.g., secure payment processors)
Produce and ship orders (e.g., print vendors, shipping carriers)
Operate our website or business
All partners are expected to maintain confidentiality and protect your data.
3. Data Storage & Security
Artwork and files may be stored securely for order processing, reorders, and customer service.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
While we take precautions, no system is completely secure.
Artwork, Copyright & Trademark Policy
Branded by Martina respects the intellectual property rights of artists, designers, brands, organizations, schools, teams, and other copyright and trademark owners.
We do not knowingly reproduce, print, embroider, engrave, or otherwise produce copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or protected artwork without proper authorization.
Customers who submit artwork, logos, photographs, characters, designs, names, slogans, or other materials for reproduction are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or appropriate permission to use those materials.
Submission of artwork to Branded by Martina represents that the customer owns the artwork, has obtained permission from the rights holder, or is otherwise legally authorized to reproduce it.
Branded by Martina reserves the right to decline any order when ownership or authorization of submitted artwork cannot be reasonably established.
Examples of protected material may include:
- Professional and collegiate sports team logos
- School, university, and organizational logos
- Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and other entertainment characters
- Corporate logos and trademarks
- Licensed artwork, photographs, and illustrations
- Music, movie, television, and celebrity-related imagery
- Any other copyrighted or trademarked material
